The Rental Process – 5 Easy steps

Tell us about your mobility rental needs (e.g. vehicle type, destination, delivery time and how long you would like to rent). EasyHire can arrange for scooters of all sizes as well as both manual and power wheelchairs and more. If you’re unsure about the vehicle that’s best for you, view our Rental Center page or simply ask us. Each EasyHire operator is well versed in all vehicle types and will be able to suggest the best option for you.
EasyHire can deliver the scooter to your hotel or you can have it ready at the cruise terminal. Remember to ask us about arrangements best suited to your convenience. Our delivery & collection service is free of charge.
To ensure you get the right equipent to fit your needs, we kindly ask to take your height and personal weight in consideration when ordering.
If in general there are any other special requirements, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Please note that the pictures on our website are for illustration purpose only, and that the item that we supply may be a different model.
We carry a very user friendly easy online booking system. You will receive instant confirmation by email. Please note that the system does not except bookings with delivery within 24 hours. If you wish to book with short notice please email or call us. At the time of booking you can choose to pay online by card or to pay COD. Please note that we can not accept any card payment on delivery. When you prefer to pay with card please do so online at the time of booking. With each hire we will charge €50 refundable deposit in addition. The deposit will be received back in cash when returning the vehicle on time and in same condition.
Please be aware that EasyHire does not issue refunds in case the equipment is returned prematurely or incase of cancellation. We advise to contact your travel insurance in this situation.
Pick up your Scooter at the pre-arranged location then enjoy it! If we are delivering it to your residence, ensure that someone is there to receive it at the pre-arranged time. If we are delivering to your hotel, please meet us always in the reception at the arranged time.
When you paid online we can leave to rented item at the reception or concierge desk at your accommodation. This way the item will be ready for you on arrival.
Remember to charge the scooter at the end of each day so it is ready for use the following morning. The charging unit can be plugged into any standard outlet (we suggest plugging it in overnight for maximum power).
The rental-item is to be picked up on the date,time and place stated on the receipt that you received when it was delivered.
