Many people have asked us “How do I go about renting a scooter?”. In answer to that question, we have provided this easy step-by-step set of instructions on how to book your EasyHire mobility rental as quickly as possible!
The Rental Process – 5 Easy steps

1) Contact EasyHire.

2) Provide us with the Details of the Rental.
Tell us about your mobility rental needs (e.g. vehicle type, destination, delivery time and how long you would like to rent). The easiest is to book online through our website. But if you prefer you may also contact us by email or phone. EasyHire can arrange for scooters of all sizes as well as both manual and power wheelchairs and more. If you’re unsure about the vehicle that’s best for you, view our scooter page or simply ask us. Each EasyHire operator is well versed in all vehicle types and will be able to suggest the best option for you.
EasyHire can deliver the scooter to your hotel or residence. Remember to ask us about arrangements best suited to your convenience.
To ensure you get the right scooter to fit your needs, we also require the height and weight of the person using the scooter.
If in general there are any other special requirements, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Please note that the pictures on our website are for illustarion purpose only, and that the item that we supply may be a different model.
3) Book the Rental
At the time of booking you pay nothing. Payment may be done on delivery when you are satisfied with the service and rental item. We accept cash (Euros or Pounds) and credit cards. With each hire we will charge a refundable deposit in addition. The deposit will be received back when returning the vehicle on time and in same condition.
4) Use the Scooter.
Pick up your scooter at the pre-arranged location then enjoy it! If we are delivering it to your residence, ensure that someone is there to receive it at the pre-arranged time. If we are delivering to your hotel, please meet us always in the reception at the arranged time.
Remember to charge the scooter at the end of each day so it is ready for use the following morning. The charging unit can be plugged into any standard outlet (we suggest plugging it in overnight for maximum power).
5) Return the Scooter.
The rental-item is to be picked up on the date,time and place stated on the receipt that you received when it was delivered.
